Welcome to Monarca Cantina, a Mexican restaurant that was started with the vision of Rudy Brambila to create an innovative concept with the fusion of traditional México and modern México. He is from Unión de Tula, Jalisco (Mexico); member and a co-owner of Frontera Tacos & Tequila and Ocho Café Tacos & Tequila. 

The mission of Monarca Cantina is to convey the background of the wide and varied Mexican culture and gastronomy through the dishes and the decoration of this restaurant, in order to take you for a walk around Mexico in every bite, every sip and every design.  

As its name indicates, the objective of Monarca Cantina is to provide you with the best service and to make you feel like the King of the House.
